Ingel C we separated several ptxifled proteins of known molecular weiits: 1gM(1 000 000), igG(153 000), transfenin (17?.76 000), senan albumin (ALB, 66 000), egg albumin (OVA,46 000), thymotrypsinogen A (CHY, 25 000), and lysozyme (LZ.% 15 000). Normal human serum was separated in the next gel (8). The next nine gels weie used to separate the urinary proteins of ei,t different patients. One of them was studied in duplicate in gels 6 and 7. The total proteinuria of each patient is indicated on the bottom of each gel
